Administrative Coordinator, part-time casual summer

RōL Kitchen is currently seeking a Coordinator for the administration of sales, marketing, finance, and operations. This is an entry-level, part-time casual position for the month of August.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you provide support to the Creative Director/Owner to maintain and organize all necessary and appropriate records, files, and processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations. You upload social media postings, maintain the social media calendar, electronic financial records, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and oversee the operations files.


The ideal candidate will be motivated and comfortable working independently from home. You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and direction.
